I am an Adjunct Faculty at Onsite Workshops, and a Somatic Practitioner at Ha.Le. Integrative Health working with clients in somatic experiencing, body mapping, attunement, and other practices that combine movement, art, and healing. I find this work deeply meaningful and often profoundly healing. Independently, as a member of The Healing Society of Nashville , a co-working space for healers located in East Nashville, I offer sessions with a unique blend of somatic and Reiki energy work, focusing on deepening body awareness, centering, releasing grief or anxiety, deeply grounding, creating healthy boundaries, and promoting energetic clarity. My background in somatic and healing work comes from various teachers and programs, including training in SomEx Module 1 with the Experiential Healing Center in Memphis, TN, Reiki Level 1, 2 and 3 with Jenna Longmire, Total Body Integration through Bartenieff Fundamentals with Janice Meaden, The Somatic Practitioners Trauma Healing Intensive with Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Dr. Frank Anderson, and others, Authentic Movement with Arunima Orr and Deanie French, and Sounding through Art & Soul Studio as well as a lifetime spent “in my body” as a dancer. I work in the Greater Nashville area.
Because I believe deeply in the accessibility of the healing arts, I offer below-market rates:
70 minute session, somatic grounding and Reiki energy work: $70
30/45-minute distance grounding and Reiki session online: $40 (upon request)
